If you are just starting your Pilates journey, you do not have to worry about being a newbie. Pilates is for every BODY. It is low impact and every exercise can be modified as needed to fit you individual needs so you can train your body to move efficiently and safely. Originally developed by Joseph Pilates, this exercise system builds long and lean muscles throughout the whole body, increases balance and flexibility, and improves your overall health. 

Pilates is invaluable if you are recovering from injury, are currently pregnant or post natal, or have any other limitations. During each session you will learn control of mind over muscle, and start to understand what "listen to your body" means. Most of the exercises will be done on the Reformer (the studio is equipped with brand new Studio Reformers by Balanced Body). Depending on your individual fitness and wellness needs I will also incorporate the Pilates chair, multiple props, classical mat Pilates work, and Suspension Pilates work. 

My method combines classical Pilates repertoire combined with contemporary exercises based on latest advances in the Pilates industry. The goal is for you to gain the most out of each session while concentrating on correct alignment and proper movement. Think quality over quantity performing each exercise strengthening your core, increasing your coordination and decreasing every day stress. During our sessions you will learn to move better so that you can feel the benefits of Pilates in your everyday life. 


Private Session

50-minute one-on-one session customized to your specific needs utilizing the reformer, chair, arc, and props. Any modifications will be applied for injuries or limitations. In order to see and feel results I recommend 3 Pilates sessions per week. Pilates can be done daily, there are no limitations on frequency.

Duet Session

This is 50-minute two-on-one equipment session. A total body work out using the reformers, chairs, and props. Buddy workout - encourage and motivate one another! Modifications can still be made per individual needs (certain restrictions apply). In order to see and feel results I recommend 3 Pilates sessions per week. Pilates can be done daily, there are no limitations on frequency.
