“I have had 4 Pilates instructors over the past 20 years in different places. Julia at DTC Pilates is an excellent teacher. She will plan exercises for you depending on your physical ability, strength, and any ailments or injuries, primarily using a Pilates reformer. The individual sessions last 50 minutes. Pilates is a wonderful way to maintain strength, flexibility and balance for any age. I highly recommend her classes.”
